Credit Crisis Visualized

Hey, it's animation related. And it's good to know, too. This is a very well done visual explanation of the reason why the economy is in the toilet- and how we got there. Animated in a simple, yes elegant way. Great design.

Heh, not bad, except it de-emphasizes the Fed's culpability for kicking the whole thing off with artificially low interest rates. Thank you Mr. Greenspan.

I'm sure glad the government is doing its best to revive this system.

Scary stuff! but I do seem to see a future where us, the little people, begin to understand and uncover these 'economist only' knowledge and tactics.
I think theres a famous saying somewhere , oh i found it :
"Anyone who believes exponential growth can go on forever on a finite planet is either a madman or an economist"

That is Ken Boulding, as quoted by Barro in his growth econ textbook.
